Our team of experienced Investment Property Consultants will guide you
through every stage of the purchase process, from start to finish.

Step 01

Initial Discussion

After receiving your initial inquiry, one of our senior Investment Property Consultants will be in touch to learn about your investing goals and requirements.

Step 02

Property Presentation

Following your initial discussion, your Consultant will send you information regarding the properties that most closely meet your requirements.

Step 03

Property Selection & Reservation

After additional correspondence with your Consultant, the most suitable property can be selected and an initial, fully refundable holding deposit paid, in order to reserve the property.

Step 04

Finance & Legal Consultation

Whilst the property is on hold, contracts will be requested from the Vendor’s Solicitor. Once received, you will have the opportunity to have them reviewed by your Conveyancer or Solicitor. Concurrently you can liaise with your Lender/ Mortgage Broker, to confirm your lending options.

Step 05

Deposits & Contracts

If your legal representative is happy with the contracts and you have sourced a suitable lending option, then contracts can be signed and the balance of any remaining deposit paid. If for whatever reason you decide not to proceed, then your initial deposit will be refunded in-full.

After building one of Australia’s largest business-to-business sales and marketing teams from scratch, with 3 offices across Australia, real estate came calling for our Director Ian.

Following a number of years helping first homebuyers purchase their first property, Ian started assisting investors source high-performing investment properties all over Australia. This culminated in the establishment of Search Residential in 2021.

Since then, Ian and the team have assisted clients in acquiring over $250 million worth of investments.

Ian is passionate about providing honest information to clients and recommending properties that will best serve clients’ requirements. This approach has resonated through the entire team, ensuring a pleasant interaction and great results.
